The Student Welfare Centerprovides students with a variety of convenient facili ties to provide a cozy andhealthy resting place to create a study atmosphere and to enjoy romance in collegelife. It is used as a self-governing activi ty space, and operates bookstores,copy rooms, computer repair shops, agricul tural cooperatives and post offices.
